Creating conversations with consumers has always been one of the greatest ambitions for brands, as it allows them to strengthen their connection with both the brand and its products. Therefore, when Lavazza decided to integrate Amazon Alexa into one of its coffee machines, it was only natural to think of a way to increase opportunities for dialogue.

Gamers have become a key target for Lavazza in recent years, with numerous activities and projects aimed at this group. Just like coffee, gaming involves routines and gestures.

We aimed to leverage Lavazza Voicy – the coffee machine with Alexa integrated – to support gamers in their routines, using technology to help them improve.

In collaboration with Fnatic, we developed an Alexa Skill that allowed gamers to challenge themselves, improve, and carry out all the routines integral to their activity: starting their gaming sessions with voice commands, launching their streams, and even following training routines to enhance their mental skills with the support of Fnatic experts.

The entire initiative was amplified and promoted by leading streamers and partners like Pow3r and Tekkz, resulting in more than 21.3 million impressions, 5.2 million reach, 11 thousand interactions, and over 10 thousand skill sessions.
